Julia is a Case Worker in the Commercial Law Team, Essex Legal Services.
Julia joined Essex County Council in September 2009, having previously worked for a number of years in private practice in London.
Julia assists other members of the Commercial Team with various projects including Building Schools for the Future, Highways Transformation, Academy School Conversions and Children's Centres.
In addition, Julia assists members in all aspects of property work.
Julia provides advice on small contract queries that come through the Essex Legal Services' Helpine.
